No minimum order. We take the single-piece jobs larger shops won't quote.

How we work
Drawing or sample
Send a CAD file, a sketch on paper, or hand us the part you want copied. All three are normal here.
No minimum order
A single prototype gets the same attention as a run of five hundred. Most shops won't set up for one piece. We will.
You talk to the machinist
Small shop, deliberately. The person quoting your job is the person who'll run it, so questions get answered in one call.

A CAD file, a PDF, a photo of a sketch, or the part you want copied. Tell us how many you need.
We check it over
We'll flag anything that will be expensive to machine or won't work as drawn, before it costs you money.
You get a price
Same day in most cases, with material and quantity broken out so you can see what drives the cost.
We machine it
First article first if the design is still moving. Once it's right, we run the rest.
Prototyping and repeat work
If a design is still moving, we'll machine a first article, you test it, and we adjust before committing to a run. Once it's right, repeat orders are straightforward.
Common questions
Do you have a minimum order?
No. One piece is a normal job here. A lot of what we do is the single part a larger shop wouldn't set up for, and it's often the part someone needs urgently.
I don't have a CAD file. Can you still quote?
Yes. A dimensioned sketch works, and so does the physical part. If you have neither we can measure what you've got and work from that — see our reverse engineering page for how that runs.
What materials do you machine?
Steel, stainless, bronze, aluminium and plastics are all routine. If you're working with something unusual, call and describe it rather than assuming — it's a quick answer either way.
Can you do a prototype before a full run?
That's usually the sensible order. We machine a first article, you fit it and test it, and we adjust the drawing before committing to quantity. It costs less than discovering a problem across five hundred parts.
How quickly can you turn a job around?
It depends on the part, the quantity and what's on the machines. Call and describe it — we'd rather give you a realistic date than an optimistic one you plan around.
Where are you located?
Our shop is at 1075 Meyerside Drive, Unit 10, Mississauga. We're open seven days a week and walk-ins are welcome.
