Common questions
Are you IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certified?
Mississauga is not. Our Mohali plant is ISO 9001:2015 and supplies engine dowels to SML Isuzu. For tooling, fixtures, spares and prototypes, Mississauga handles it; for certified production supply, the work moves to Mohali.
Can you work from a sample with no drawing?
Yes. We measure the part, draw it and machine it. That's most of the obsolete-tooling work we do.
What materials do you machine?
Tool steels, 4140 and 4340, stainless, aluminium, bronze and engineering plastics. If your drawing calls for something else, ask — we'll source it or tell you the nearest equivalent.
Do you do engine rebuilding or vehicle repair?
No. We're an industrial machine shop serving plants, tooling shops and suppliers — not a vehicle service shop.
What's the typical lead time?
Single tooling parts and spares: one to three days. Short runs are quoted per job. Rush work by arrangement — call and tell us what's down.
