When a pin seizes or a bushing wears out, the machine stops earning. We machine replacement pins and bushings to your sample or drawing at our shop in Mississauga — usually quoted the same day you call, and often turned around within one.
No drawing needed. Bring in the worn part and we'll measure it, match the material, and make you a new one.

We measure it
We check the worn part against the bore it runs in, and work out whether a standard size or an oversized pin is the right answer.

We machine it
Turned, hardened and ground where needed, grease-grooved and drilled if the original was. One piece or a matched set.
Common questions
Can you make a pin without the original?
Usually yes. If the pin is gone entirely we measure the bore and the linkage it sits in and work from that. Bring the machine part if you can, or send photos with a tape measure in shot.
What if the bore is worn oversize?
Then a standard pin won't fix it — it'll be loose again in weeks. We machine oversized pins to suit the bore you actually have, which is a large part of why people come to us rather than ordering a catalogue part.
Do you harden the pins?
Where the application needs it, yes. We'll talk through what the pin does and recommend the material and finish to suit — a bucket pin and a light linkage pin are not the same job.
Will you do just one pin?
Yes. There's no minimum order. Single-piece rush jobs are normal here, and they're often the ones larger shops turn away.
