A catalogue manifold forces you to design around its port positions. A machined block puts the ports where your system needs them.

Send us the old manifold. We measure the porting and make you a new one, whether or not a drawing survives.

Send a drawing or the old block
A dimensioned drawing is quickest, but a sample works just as well. Tell us the thread standard and the pressure it sees.
We check the layout
We'll flag any porting that will be difficult to drill or that intersects awkwardly, before it becomes a problem in the metal.
You get a price
Broken out by material and quantity, so you can see what changes if you need five rather than one.
We machine it
Drilled, ported and tapped, then deburred and cleaned out before it leaves — swarf left in a block wrecks what's downstream.
One block or a repeat run
A single prototype block for a machine you're building, or a repeat order once the design is settled. Both are normal work here, and there's no minimum.
Common questions
Can you copy an existing manifold block?
Yes. Send us the old block and we'll measure the porting, the thread sizes and the mounting, then make you a new one. A drawing helps but isn't necessary.
What materials do you use?
Aluminium, steel and stainless are all routine. Which one is right depends on the pressure, the medium and where it's mounted — tell us the application and we'll advise.
Do you make custom fittings and adaptors too?
Yes, and it's often why people call. When two components won't mate and nothing off the shelf bridges them, a machined adaptor is usually quicker than redesigning around the problem.
Will you make just one?
Yes. There's no minimum order. A single prototype block for a machine you're building is a normal job, and the setup is there if you need more later.
Where are you located?
Our shop is at 1075 Meyerside Drive, Unit 10, Mississauga. We're open seven days a week and walk-ins are welcome.
