CNC milling, turning and Swiss-type work out of our Mississauga shop, backed by a second facility in Mohali. Everything from a single replacement part to a full production run, measured and inspected before it leaves.

What we run
Gegal is a job shop, not a production house that only takes volume. The same floor that runs a batch of five hundred will make you one replacement part off a worn sample, and both go through the same inspection before they leave.
Between Mississauga and Mohali we cover CNC milling, CNC turning, Swiss-type lathe work for small intricate parts, 4-axis machining, grinding, fabrication and welding. If a job needs something we don't have on the floor, we'll tell you rather than take it on.
On the floor
Fadal VMC 4020
Vertical machining centre with fourth-axis capacity. Handles complex multi-sided parts, moulds and fixtures.
Mazak PFH-4800
Horizontal machining centre with pallet changer. Multi-face work in one setup and continuous running on longer jobs.
Haas TM-1
Toolroom mill for precision one-offs, prototypes and small batches — the machine most single replacement parts run on.
Star ECAS-20
Swiss-type lathe, 7-axis. Small intricate turned parts — micro-milling, drilling and threading in one setup.
Inspection
CMM
Coordinate measuring machine for dimensional checks on complex geometry and multi-feature parts.
Shadow graph
Optical comparator for profiles, radii and thread forms that are awkward to measure by contact.
Height gauges
Precision height and depth measurement for bores, steps and shoulder positions.
Profilometer
Surface finish measurement, so bearing surfaces and seal faces meet the finish the job needs.

Our Mohali facility holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for precision machined components, assemblies, CNC precision machining, grinding, fabricated components and automated systems, certified by Otabu Certification Pvt. Ltd.
Work machined in Mississauga is inspected in our own quality lab against the drawing or the sample part before it ships. If your job needs certified material, a first-article report or documented inspection, tell us when you send the drawing and we'll confirm what we can provide.
